Legal Assistance

Over the years GTSWCA has provided legal assistance to those members who have issues which are relevant to the entire industry. Typically the issues are related to labour relations and tendering practices. However, the Association Legal Assistance Policy allows financial assistance for any matter seen to be of general industry significance, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
