The Association will be holding its live, in-person 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Members on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Eagles Nest Golf Club located at 10000 Dufferin Street, Maple.

Registration for the GTSWCA Annual General Meeting will open at 4:00pm, with the Annual Meeting commencing at 4:30pm. Following our meeting, we will be hosting a cocktail reception, beginning at 5:30pm. During the reception, we will be presenting our Industry Excellence Award.

Each member company is invited to attend and will receive two complimentary tickets. Additional representatives from your company may attend at a cost of $125.00 plus HST per person.

Please find attached the following documents pertaining to the Annual General Meeting:

1) Agenda of the Annual General Meeting

2) Confirmation of Attendance Form *Please complete and return the Confirmation of Attendance form prior to April 7, 2023, if your company intends to be present.*

3) Instrument of Proxy Form *If you are unable to attend, please complete and return the original Instrument of Proxy form to the Association.*

4) Nomination and Nominee Consent to Act Form

With respect to the election of Directors for the Board, there are 4 positions which will expire at the AGM. As indicated in section 12.03 of the bylaws, the Nominating Committee has recommended the following candidates to fill the vacant directorships:

- Anthony DiBattista - Clearway Construction Inc.
- Joseph Rizzuto - Dufferin Construction Ltd.
- Guy Rabito - Rabcon Contractors Ltd.
- Gene Woodbridge - Earth Boring Company Ltd.

If you are interested in nominating a candidate, please complete the included Nominee Consent Form and return to Linh Tu (linh.tu@gtswca.org) at the GTSWCA office. Nominations prior to the Annual General Meeting must be received by the Association office no later than April 7, 2023 and must have two (2) contractor member signatures.

Nominations received at the Annual General Meeting will require four (4) contractor member signatures.

5) Participation on the Associate Board of Directors

With respect to the Directors for the Associate Board, which represents the Suppliers Division, if you are interested in participating on this committee, please complete the included Nominee Consent Form and return to Linh Tu (linh.tu@gtswca.org) at the GTSWCA office.
